One of the favorite pasttimes of local residents is houseboating and fishing on Lake Oroville. If you don't have a houseboat you can rent one from the local marina. What a relaxing way to vacation.

There is a forebay and an afterbay to Lake Oroville and folks around here like to go swim and ski in the forebay and picnic at the afterbay.
